  • The SM Project Manager Country Operations is accountable for the successful execution of study deliverables and quality execution of high priority and/or complex protocol procedures through adherence to good clinical practices.
  • This role involves leading local study teams, ensuring rapid start-up activities, site identification, qualification, submission to authorities, site setup, monitoring, and closure.
  • The SM PMCO will drive adherence to timelines, identify and manage risks, ensure effective problem-solving of issues, and remain accountable for delivering recruitment at the country level.
