Job Summary

  • Assist the Occupational Therapist in providing patient-centered therapy services, carrying out treatment plans, and documenting resident progress in accordance with physician orders, state practice acts, and facility policies.
  • Provide direct patient care to improve functional independence and quality of life, record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes, and communicate resident progress, challenges, and plans with the rehab and interdisciplinary teams.
  • This role is ideal for a COTA who is passionate about helping residents maximize independence and quality of life in a skilled nursing and rehab setting.
