Job Summary
Oversee projects in India, Angola and other nearby counties, reporting to the Vice President Global Operations, and manage a team of Project Managers/Sr. Project Managers/Construction Managers.
Ensure safety protocols are followed on project sites, manage customer accounts/projects from procurement to commissioning, and provide technical support while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Handle customer escalations, manage whole customer accounts or project finances, coordinate logistics, and advocate for customer needs within the company.
