  • As Manager of Patient Care Experience, your mission is to lead the development and implementation of best practices that will create optimal outcomes and improve the healthcare experience of the patient and their family.
  • Your expertise driving improvement strategies via HCAHPS survey data and the observation of new and experienced nurses, charge nurses and leader patient roundings, are essential to your success.
  • Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 13 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
