Salary
Base: $22.05 - $27.60 - $33.10 Hourly; Bonus/Equity: Company bonus payout eligibility; Benefits: Robust benefits including 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and lifestyle programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Operate forklift and order picker
Use RF scanner or WMS workstation
Lift and carry 50 lbs regularly
Stand and walk on concrete 8+ hours
Operate reach truck and swing reach truck
Nice-to-have
Good communication skills
Troubleshoot problems to resolution
Organize shipments to 3rd party distributors
Reorganize inventory for seasonality
Identify defective units with codes
Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED preferred
Able to operate lift equipment up to 40 feet
Able to push/pull up to 75 lbs
Able to climb ladders up to 12 feet
Proven track record of workplace stability and dependability
