Must-have
10-15 years Business and Systems Analysis experience
Deep insurance domain expertise in commercial or claims
Expert-level systems modelling including state machines
Independent SQL proficiency for data interrogation
Experience with GenAI tools and prompt engineering
Proven ability to define AI agent contracts
Nice-to-have
Mentoring junior BA/SA practitioners
Experience in SAFe or Scrum Agile environments
Strong stakeholder management at C-suite level
Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
