Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership for a team of engineering managers in the support of multiple, complex product lines or processes at a manufacturing site.
  • You will ensure all engineering activities and related technical support functions across the site are managed in support of ongoing production activities and in adoption of new operational or technological innovations.
  • Employees at the level of Director and above are eligible to receive stock awards as part of their annual compensation package along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
