  • Partner with Engineering, Service Delivery, AMO, Supply Chain, and field operations to lead structured investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive product and service reliability improvements.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process for artificial lift RCFA activities and lead incident investigations to determine true root causes.
