Job Summary

  • The Executive Director provides statewide leadership for initiatives aimed at improving cardiovascular health, stroke prevention, physical activity, and nutrition within the Community and Clinical Connections for Prevention and Health (CCCPH) Branch.
  • Responsibilities include planning and facilitating Task Force and SAC meetings; preparing the Task Force's annual report to the General Assembly; coordinating the annual Action Agenda process; supporting legislative appointments and onboarding; and maintaining the Start With Your Heart website and related communications.
