Job Summary
The branch leader has responsibility for managing all aspects of assigned branch, including driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing, and business development.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies, and management of human capital including interviewing, selection, hiring, conducting performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and workforce management scheduling.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Two years of financial services experience
One year of branch leadership experience
Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal skills
SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days
