Base: $118,300.00 CAD - $168,300.00 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Incentive programs tied to business and individual performance available; Benefits: Health, dental, mental health, vision, disability, life insurance, pension, share ownership plan, and paid time off

7-10+ years group benefits operations experience
Deep knowledge of health and dental benefits administration
Proven people leader with team transformation experience
Experience with rule configuration and policy administration systems
Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodology
Nice-to-have
Bilingualism in English and French
Experience working with offshore delivery partners
Strong analytical mindset using data and metrics
Ability to influence cross-functional distributed partners
Key Requirements
