  • Manage the day-to-day operations of physical security incident response for Capital One’s New York City campuses and other satellite corporate offices.
  • Support the senior manager as a safety and security point of contact, providing advice and solutions that mitigate physical and safety risks.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Workplace Security to set objectives and lead security operations at regional sites, building relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 7 years of corporate security experience
  • At least 3 years of program or project management experience
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) Certifications
  • 10+ years of safety and security operations experience
  • 10+ years managing safety and security operations across multiple locations
