  • The successful candidate will act as a critical link between Product Management, Engineering, Safety, and Design teams to ensure on-time execution of safety-critical systems.

Must-have

  • 10+ years technical program management experience
  • 5+ years leading AV programs from inception to launch
  • Expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Fluency with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence tools
  • Experience with software and hardware delivery in automotive OEM
  • Technical fluency in AV/ADAS platforms and AI models

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years relevant experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering
  • 5+ years leading Autonomous Vehicle (AV) programs
  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, Six Sigma, or ISO 26262 certifications preferred
  • Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred
