The successful candidate will act as a critical link between Product Management, Engineering, Safety, and Design teams to ensure on-time execution of safety-critical systems.

10+ years technical program management experience
5+ years leading AV programs from inception to launch
Expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies
Fluency with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence tools
Experience with software and hardware delivery in automotive OEM
Technical fluency in AV/ADAS platforms and AI models

Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to drive alignment among senior executive stakeholders

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years relevant experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering
5+ years leading Autonomous Vehicle (AV) programs
PMP, CSM, SAFe, Six Sigma, or ISO 26262 certifications preferred
