Job Summary

  • Responsible for providing environmental, personal, and health care services that contribute to client/family health, well being and safety.
  • Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist and is supervised at least every sixty-two (62) days for personal care or every fourteen (14) days for direct health care services.
