  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and development of a robust and scalable Policy Administration System (PAS) tailored to business needs.
  • Embed AI in PAS workflows for underwriting, pricing, and recommendations, and lead a PAS Community of Practice for consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Champion observability, scalability, security, and performance across the stack, and run POCs to integrate relevant emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in computer science/software engineering or equivalent
  • 15+ years in software engineering and enterprise architecture
  • Experience building PAS or similar systems
  • Proficiency in Python/Java, RESTful APIs, microservices
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Demonstrated AI/ML integration
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
