Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Failure analysis using OFI tools
  • Semiconductor device physics knowledge
  • Use of Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
  • Physical and electrical failure analysis
  • Generating failure analysis reports

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on experience with SEM, FIB, PVC, OBIRCH & PEM
  • Experience with Teradyne UFLEX and Advantest systems
  • Interpretation of Wafer Level Reliability stress data
  • Experience with layout software Camelot and Avalon
  • Ability to refine complex FA data into Fab language

Key Requirements

  • B.S. to PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline
  • Authorization to access U.S. export controlled information
  • Understanding of semiconductor FinFET fabrication process
