Job Summary

  • This position includes 10-hour shift work a week on the consult service, assessing and providing treatment planning for patients presenting through the Emergency Department, responding to consults on the inpatient floor, and participating in other various activities throughout the hospital that align with advanced practice provider practice.
  • Provides direct patient care to include obtaining patient history, performing patient assessment via observation, interview and examination; orders, performs and interprets diagnostic studies; performs preventative health assessments, screenings, immunizations and care; provides direct treatment and management of acute and chronic disease conditions.
