Job Summary

  • Your role will be key to leading the legal team of the entity, ensuring regulatory compliance with Mexican financial authorities (mainly CNBV and Banco de México).
  • You will orchestrate the transition of Cuenca towards Kavak's global corporate and policy framework.
  • You will report to Fernanda Ramírez, who leads Compliance, and work closely with the Compliance team and other business and operations areas.
