This role requires preparing and managing the departmental operating budget in collaboration with the Administrator.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Five years of healthcare marketing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations
Budget management for departmental operations
Nice-to-have
Creative support for resident programs
Strong rapport building with community leaders
Experience with customer satisfaction surveys
Ability to work during emergencies
Positive emphasis on facility atmosphere
