Salary
Base: $64,800.00 - $97,200.00 USD; Bonus: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, tuition assistance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 2 years sourcing experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain
Strong business acumen and financial analysis
Experience with complex global supply chains
Ability to negotiate supplier price changes
Nice-to-have
Direct sourcing experience in medical devices
Experience developing detailed cost models
Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools
Project management within multi-plant organizations
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or advanced degree
Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience
Unrestricted US work authorization required for non-principal roles
