The Wellness Supervisor/RN will supervise and provide necessary medical care of all associates, manage federal and state records for OSHA and workers’ compensation, and monitor operating budget costs.
The role involves assessing, treating, and referring associates for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, as well as supervising Wellness Center staff to ensure quality nursing practice and cost management.
