Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and 2+ years of experience with assessment development
  • 1+ years of experience implementing pre-hire assessments
  • 1+ years of experience communicating technical results to non-technical audiences
  • Experience writing technical documentation that aligns with relevant legal and professional standards
