Key Requirements

  • Graduate of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent
  • Minimum 600 hours of theory and practicum in Ontario & Alberta
  • Experience working with seniors in community health settings
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting/transferring clients
  • Complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
