The Certified Pharmacy Technician aids pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical care services to patients by assisting in the preparation, dispensing, record keeping, and transporting of medications for all patients including the following age groups: neonatal, pediatric, adolescence, adult, and geriatric.
Under minimal supervision, this role performs the required duties of a technician at a high level of proficiency, demonstrating exemplary work behaviors and ownership for the success of the work area.
Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency coverage.

Key Requirements
Virginia Board of Pharmacy registration
