Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Five (5)+ years of relevant experience
  • Two (2)+ years managing maintenance/engineering personnel
  • EPA Section 608 Universal certification
  • Journeyman Refrigeration Technician's License / Massachusetts Refrigeration Technicians License
  • Experience using CMMS, BMS, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
