The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs and the mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
This role requires strict adherence to PACS Therapy Best Practices, Medicare guidelines, and State Practice Acts while monitoring patient charts in Net Health and Point Click Care EMRs.
The incumbent will support facilities in achieving survey excellence, manage value-based care outliers, and assist with complex legal reviews such as CERTs and UPIC defenses.
