Must-have

  • Knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP
  • Experience with Capital Call and Distribution notices
  • Proficiency in Waterfall and Equalization workings

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Yardi Investment Management software
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills
  • Ability to provide training to staff members
  • INREV reporting knowledge preferred

Key Requirements

  • Degree in accountancy (CPA/ACCA/ACA) or finance
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Sound knowledge of INREV reporting
  • Effective client relations and teamworking skills
