Job Summary

• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to assigned patients in the Float Division: Medical/Surgical (FD), utilizing the nursing process and adhering to institutional policies and the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas.
• Float Division nurses have the opportunity to work on all medical and surgical areas, receiving training in specialty areas like Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Chemotherapy, and a 25% bonus for worked hours floating.
