  • Lead development and synchronization of Offensive Cyberspace Operational (OCO) plans to deliver integrated cyber effects against adversary systems in support of Joint and National strategic objectives.
  • Communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means.

Key Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Eight plus years recent work experience as CO Planner
  • Formal training as Cyber Operational Planner
  • Senior-level knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities
  • Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals
