  • Provide specialist advice and support for day-to-day work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities.
  • Ensure that staff members (Broker Assistants an Interns as relevant) have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities within the practice.
