This paid training program is designed to provide hands-on experience, knowledge, and support needed to become a licensed Hearing Care Professional.
You will work closely with experienced clinicians to perform hearing aid fittings, adjustments, cleanings, and repairs while educating patients on their technology.
The role includes participation in local marketing and community outreach to grow awareness of hearing health within the Clinton, IA area.

Salary
Base: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Sales incentive plan when fully licensed; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO
