8+ years experience in group life, disability, and absence/leave programs
Experience presenting to senior/executive stakeholders
Knowledge of federal and state leave and disability regulations
Experience leading RFPs and vendor selection
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Life and Health license required or obtained within 90 days
