Job Summary

  • Support the account SC team in driving Now Assist opportunities and collaborating with Autonomous IT & Security, Core Business Suite, and CRM Solution teams.
  • The primary mission of this role is to accelerate NNACV growth by shaping and scaling AI go-to-market motions, ensuring customers clearly understand the business impact of Now Assist and related AI capabilities.
  • Conduct enablement sessions for field Solution Consultants and Account teams to enhance their understanding and use cases of ServiceNow AI products.
