Hilltop Park Post Acute is seeking part-time LPNs to provide evening nursing services in a supportive and collaborative environment. The position focuses on delivering exceptional care to residents, with shifts available primarily on weekends

Job Summary

  • Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
  • We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms!
