  • Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS
  • Experience supporting Student Information Systems or similar ERP systems
  • Experience with Jenzabar, Blackboard or Salesforce preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing managed service providers (MSPs)
  • Proven experience with outsourced relationships
