** JLL is seeking an Occupancy Program Management Analyst in Belen, Costa Rica, to manage space and occupancy data using CAFM/IWMS systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in data management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. **

Job Summary

  • This position supports the management of the client's CAFM/IWMS system, space and occupancy data, and the analysis and development of space and occupancy reporting and dashboards.
  • You will support delivery of accurate data, drawings, and reporting within the client portfolio using a CAFM/IWMS database system and other tools while processing updates of space and people data, performing data and drawing audits, and participating in data governance programs.
