Job Summary

  • This role is designed for an experienced Senior PBP who goes beyond program execution to shape people strategy, influence leadership decisions, and proactively address complex organizational challenges.
  • You will partner closely with Vice Presidents in a dynamic, global, and evolving business environment, helping leaders translate business strategy into sustainable organizational outcomes.
  • You will represent the PBP community in strategic initiatives and help elevate how People & Places work is delivered across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • Executive or professional coaching accreditation preferred
