Job Summary
This role will be part of a global DWS Tech Control Room, which plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s IT and operational environments.
You will work in close collaboration with the Client Service Manager, Development and cross functional teams during incident, change and problem management across all DWS applications to ensure clear communication, maximum platform stability and high level of service delivery.

Key Requirements

Prior experience in a control room, command centre, or IT operations environment
Experience with incident, problem, change and knowledge management tools and processes
Experience with using UNIX, Linux, Wintel, Perl/Shell scripting
Ability to write SQL to extract data in Sybase and Oracle databases
