Job Summary

  • Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems and equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, fans, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, ancillary support equipment, water treatment, controls and BMS/EMS.
  • Respond to all HVAC trouble calls and troubleshoot systems to meet critical specifications of Data Centers and critical environments, as well as operational and comfort needs of building occupants.
