Job Summary

  • Physical therapy assistants work under the direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist to implement a patient's treatment, teaching patients exercises to increase mobility, strength, and coordination.
  • A caregiver in this position works a 40-hour week on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with some evening shifts and rotating Saturdays.
