Must-have
8 years commercial central plant experience
Journeyman Refrigeration Technician License
EPA Section 608 Universal certification
HVAC and electrical system troubleshooting
Building Automation Control Systems operation
CMMS software proficiency
Nice-to-have
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to lead team members effectively
Background in union training or military service
Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Valid state driver's license
Massachusetts Refrigeration Technicians License
EPA Section 608 Universal certification
8 years relevant work experience
