This role drives the implementation of AI/ML and automation solutions across R&D to improve scientific and operational outcomes within a dynamic biotech ecosystem.
The successful candidate will lead the development of applications and agents using modern agentic tools while championing governance practices for ethical AI use and MLOps.
CSL offers a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite per week and provides total compensation including base salary, incentive compensation, and equity.
