Job Summary

• The Technical Field Service Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing on-site and phone troubleshooting, repair, equipment modifications, installation and sales support of industrial power generation equipment for data center customers.
• This position involves providing mission critical equipment support and service, assisting in site certification, operation and EPA testing, and supporting sales managers with new customer product training.
• The role includes developing and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating customer calls with regional sales managers, and providing technical input and feedback to various internal departments.
