Job Summary

  • The Manufacturing Engineer – Off-Shift is a hands-on technical leader responsible for supporting day-to-day production and maintenance operations during non-standard hours.
  • The engineer will work closely with skilled trades, maintenance group leaders, controls and process engineers, and production teams, occasionally stepping in as a Maintenance Group Leader to support weekend and overtime coverage.

  • Understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, and control systems
  • Familiarity with Theory of Constraints and lean manufacturing
  • Proficiency in maintenance systems
  • Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings
