Job Summary
Lead the evolution of our Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform, centralizing and personalizing outbound communications across all channels.
Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the enterprise CCM platform, aligning with business, marketing, and customer service goals.
Manage omnichannel delivery of high-volume communications (email, SMS, push, direct mail, in-app) and lead technical implementation of personalization, content management, and regulatory compliance.
