  • Nadcap Coatings (CT) audit experience or thermal spray-specific qualification
  • Familiarity with automated/robotic thermal spray cells or integrated grit-blast-to-spray lines
  • Prior work on specific engine families like CFM56/LEAP, Trent, PW4000/GTF, GE90
