Job Summary
Drive payroll process in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Czech Republic with payroll providers and continually improve the processes.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, local legal regulations, and execution playbooks, and audit the quality of work across applicable processes.
Develop and coach members of the GBS team, and work closely alongside HR analysts, HRBPs, and HR Heads to facilitate the resolution of key payroll issues.
