Provide primary legal contact for Nomura's Global Markets Global Execution Services business (Instinet) to deliver legal support and guidance on business generating matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements related to the GES business, including brokerage agreements, terms of business, and ISDA documentation.
Perform legal analysis of risks associated with agreement terms and conditions, communicating findings effectively to business stakeholders.
