This position provides support and education for nursing clinical programs with a primary emphasis on Infection Control and Disease Prevention.
The role requires advising facilities to comply with State and Federal Survey Regulations for Medicare and Medicaid Licensure while assisting in the creation of Plans of Correction.

Plan of Corrections (POC) and Allegation of Compliance writing
MDS department oversight and CMS 5-star rating improvement
Nice-to-have
Experience with endemic, epidemic, and pandemic disease outbreaks
Legal Nurse Consultant or Risk Management background
Previous Regional or Corporate Nurse experience
Ability to assist facility defense attorneys in lawsuits
Strong leadership in hiring and disciplinary actions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
20+ years of Clinical and Management experience
Active Professional License with State Board of Nursing
