Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field
7+ years engaged in HR, Management, Labor Relations, Compliance or Legal
Experience conducting investigations
Experience leading difficult conversations
Experience working with hourly and salaried employees
Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor law
